Silk Bedroom began in the spring of 2000 with luxurious silk charmeuse bedding. Since then we have evolved to include not just plain silk charmeuse bedding but also luxurious raw silk with embroidery and designs. The same attention to detail is given to everything we produce, resulting in beautiful home accents in only high quality materials. As of 2004, we also added stunning high-end shawls and scarves to our collection. They have become even more popular than our bedding.

We have been featured by LDB interior textiles twice for best in show at High Point. We have also been featured by Home Accents today. We also have a new feature based on best in show for the July 2008 Atlanta International Gift Fair from Inspired Retailer Magazine.

Also, as a testimony to our high quality items we have had 2 throws sold in the prestigious Gumps Catalog and one of our shawls was sold in the Acorn Catalog.

100% Silk Bedspreads/Duvet Sets

Our 100% silk bedspreads are so gorgeous they easily attract attention. They are made of high quality silk and are beautifully hand-embroidered. Like most of our other products it is a high end product at a fantastic price point. Like our throws, these can be used and have been purchased as bedspreads, draperies, and tablecloths. They have also been purchased as fabric to make skirts and dresses. We also have one bridal bedspread in white raw silk with authentic silver thread intricately embroidered on the entire center panel.

Tree of Life Cashmere/Silk Throw/Bedspread

Our Cashmere/Silk throws can be used as throws, bed covers, table covers, draperies or wall hangings. Much like our Cashmere/Silk shawls they are each completely reversible so you get 2 throws in one. They are made of a finely balanced blend of 70% cashmere and 30% silk. The combination of materials provides warmth and softness.

I love them to wrap up in on the couch. The throws weight only 1 pound and can easily be folded rather small for storage, making them fantastic for travel as well. In addition, they feature a lovely tree of life pattern with birds and flowers.

70% Cashmere/30% Silk Shawls Reversible Shawls

Pashmina stems from the Persian word "Pashm," which means wool. The woolen fleece of goats has been used for thousands of years to make high-quality shawls that bear the same name. Our unique Pashminas differ greatly from the average shawls in the market. First, they are made of a finely balanced blend of 70% cashmere and 30% silk. The combination of materials gives you both warmth and softness without the excess weight and rough feel of all wool shawls. In addition, our luxurious shawls are woven and not printed. Woven shawls are a higher quality production and have the added benefit of being reversible, providing two shawls in one.

The stunning colors and one of-a-kind patterns will liven up any ensemble. They can be worn with jeans or as a wrap with an evening dress and are just as warm as a heavy wool scarf without the weight and itch. When the shawl is not being worn it can be folded up so small that it fits inside a purse and since it is only a half a pound it is not a burden to carry on a hot day. Every wardrobe needs this beautiful and exotic addition as an alternative to the bulky sweater or jacket.

50% Cashmere/50% Silk Shawls

These are the same as the shawls above but with a slight development. More silk is added to the shawl which adds a certain sheen that is fantastic for dressing up. This is a new item and customers love them.

Silk Scarves

Our silk scarves come in over 100 different colors and 10 different patterns. Most of the silk scarves are solids and some striped. Many of them are also iridescent. Our silk scarves make a beautiful, inexpensive gift item.

Silk Cushion Covers/Pillow Shams

Our cushion covers/pillow shams are made in India from beautiful high quality Indian Silk and velvet fabrics. They come in an incredible array of colors and styles and measure 16 by 16”.

Bunny Baby Blankets

My 100% cotton baby blankets feature bunnies in all kinds of cute activities. They are all natural, easily washable and come in baby pink, baby blue and mint green. Most importantly, babies just love them!
